Monetization
Launched Project Echo Pro with Stripe billing, custom domains, and premium portal features.
Beta launch
Opened public signup from the homepage so anyone can create a workspace without joining a waitlist.
Alpha launch
First workspaces onboarded with boards, requests, roadmap, and the feedback portal.
